DIY design package.
With a fresh look at the property from a buyers perspective we will create designs for all your rooms and outside spaces. You will receive a presentation box including concepts, drawings, samples and a recommended shopping list alongside our detailed quote to carry out the work for you. If you decide to go ahead with our full design and fit package 50% of the design fee will be deducted from your final bill.

We offer pop-ins to prep properties for viewings, staging, dusting, cleaning and watering plants - making sure that each prospective buyer is welcomed into a warm, bright home.
We can arrange professional photographs for marketing of both styled homes and empty homes. For a set fee per photograph we can add furniture and fittings to empty homes to show how the rooms could look if dressed without the works actually being carried out. Please enquire for further details.
